Instructions for completing the
FORM:
- Choose BOARD, TRAINING/TRAINING or PASS ;
- Select the QUANTITY of equipment/training;
- Select DATE of rental/class;
- Select the HOUR (select the rectangle with the hour below);
- Enter the NAME AND SURNAME of the ordering person;
- Enter the EMAIL to which the confirmation will come;
- Provide a PHONE to which we will call back for verification;
- Familiarize yourself with the Regulations of the Rental and School as well as the GDPR. Make a statement that you accept their content. The link to the above-mentioned documents is in the line below.
- Write a COMMENT if you have additional wishes. In the case of TRAINING/TRAINING/ EVENT , enter its name and check the correctness of the date (month, day and time).
- Check the correctness of the data provided in the SUMMARY. Especially verify the correctness of the date in the case of an EVENT!
- Enter the CODE (only if you have it). Not to be used to purchase tickets. Discount code -20% for Gdynia Resident Card: GD20.
- Click the BOOK button
- Make a payment using Przelewy24. Important: when making the payment, wait until the end of the transaction and you will automatically return to the website of our School & Rental Orłowo by the beach.
- After payment, your booking status is PAID . Check your email. Soon you will receive confirmation of your booking with its details!
- Pick up your equipment on the selected date and train! We are waiting for you!
